RPS Training
Forklift Truck Training Counter Balance Training
We offer counter balance fork lift training course to help to you gain your counter balance forklift truck training license; this will allow you to work on any counterbalance forklift within a working environment.
Reach truck training is for use in a warehouse were the space available is minimal, we will help you with the manoeuvring so you will be able to get around the tight spaces without causing any damage to any objects or other product in the warehouse. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
All our licenses will last for 3 years and will be able to be used throughout the EU. Depending on the course and on your past experience we will guide you through the different stages and tasks to help you to pass. We offer on-site training so it will be at your place of work or off site training at our state of the art premises were will be able to help you with private lessons and will be useful for novice refreshers, job seekers and re-training.
Excavators (Building)
The excavator training will be to be able to help you gain your license for using this piece of machinery in a working environment and you will be then have a licence to be able to be use an excavator throughout the EU. The excavator is a 360 digger that is used for digging up soil on a building site for example the 360 will help with pick up the soli and waste and dump it behind you with ease. We will make sure you know how to do this properly and safely without putting people in danger. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Dumper training (Building)
Our dumper training will be mainly on site as it is mostly used on building sites and will consist of the driver carry around debris such as soil and waste and dumping it, the dumper will carry the debris at the front of the truck so we will make sure you know how to drive the dumper without causing any damage to yourself or other around you as it can quite easily tip if not controlled properly. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Narrow aisle man up (Warehousing)
Our narrow aisle man up training will consist of either on site or off site training as it is for use in a warehouse with tall shelving and the training will need to show that you can control the machine in a narrow space without causing damage to anyone or anything around so you will need to be aware of your surroundings. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Roller training (Building)
Rollers are used on building sites or on roads as they are used to flatten materials that are on the ground so for example when laying a road you will need to make sure that you can control the roller to make sure that the road is nice and smooth with no bumps or lumps in it. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Low level order picker (Warehousing)
The low level order truck will be ideal for a fast moving picking operatin as some of these low level orders trucks can handle two pallets at a time so will be good for making fast stacks of pallets or moving a single pallet with many products on. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Manual handling (Warehousing and Building)
The manual handling training will be to make sure that you can carry products around a working environment safely and efficiently this course will be used to make sure that you do not cause harm to your self or other when carrying around objects so you will need to make sure that you are carrying them correctly. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Electric pallet (Warehousing)
The training for an electric pallet will need to make sure that you can control all the aspects of an electric pallet truck so you do not bring any potential harm to others or yourself. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Scissor lifts (Warehousing and Building)
Our training for scissor lifts will be used to make sure that you know how to operate a scissor lift correctly so you will be able to control the speed that you go up or down so you do not cause any damage to you or the machine. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Rough terrain (Building)
Rough terrain training is used mainly on building sites and is usually small vehicles that will help move products on a building site for example, the training will be to show that you can control the vehicle with or without products being carried to make sure you can control the vehicle and not bring harm to you or your surroundings. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Rough terrain telescopic (Building)
Rough terrain telescopic training is so the candidate can control vehicles in many industries such as construction or land based industries, mostly thing such as building contractors, landscapers and farmers these are just a few you will need it for. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Cherry picker (Building)
The cherry picker training will be used to make sure that you can successfully control the cherry and guide it to where you are supposed to guiding it to without causing harm to the person or yourself in the meantime. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Lorry mounted cranes (Building)
Our lorry mounted crane training will be used to make sure that when you are transferring product from the lorry to the floor you will need to make sure that you can do properly and with causing any damage to the product or your surrounding area including people and objects. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Side loader
The side loader training will be used to make sure that you can handle the long products such as wood, metal etc properly and without causing any dame to either the product you are carrying or your surrounding environment. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Bob cat
Bobcats otherwise known as skid steer loaders are a highly manoeuvrable vehicle that will help transfer dirt or other product around a industry such as construction, landscaping and building site, you will need to make sure that you can handle controls of the bobcat so you handle the materials and don’t spill them or overload them. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Reach trucks
Reach truck training will consist of make sure you can correctly control products and successfully move them or stack them if need be, you will need to be able to control the forklift with products on and lift them up to higher places with out damaging the product by ways such as dropping it, you will also need to do it without causing damage to you truck. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
Bendi/ flexi trucks
Training on a bendy/ flexi truck will consist of controlling the truck properly so you don’t cause any damage when completing tasks that are needed by the bendy/ flexi truck this will include things such as stacking products, safely picking up products and placing them on vehicles, steering the truck and many more. We will provide the trainee with the certificate and identification cards once he has successfully completed the training course.
